Exhibition of Fayga Ostrower illustrations

The Lasar Segall Museum organized an exhibition about unknown works of the Polish artist Fayga Ostrower (1920-2001): book illustrations. The curator is Eucanaã Ferraz.

She, who moved to Brazil when young, worked as a painter, designer, illustrator, art theorist and teacher. Throughout her career, she received many prizes, including awards in the Venice Biennale (1958) and São Paulo (1957).
