Cookbook author and founder, Benjamin Abrahão left a delicious legacy to his family. The bakery is renowned for it breads and croissants. Benjamin has published many books and numerous articles in newspapers and magazines around the world. His "Brazilian" way of making breads and pastries conquered countries like Russia, Philippines, Germany, among others, where he traveled to offer courses.
