Art exhibition during this weekend on Vila Madalena: graffiti walls, lamp posts and much more

This event takes place this weekend, has over 60 studios and galleries of Vila Madalena.

The idea of the Arte da Vila, which is in its 10th year, is to introduce artistic manifestations from the neighborhood and brand new styles to the people. The event takes place this weekend (the 9th and 10th) in Vila Madalena and involves over 60 studios and galleries, and includes concerts and workshops.

This year, some lamp posts will be spray painted to highlight the event. There will be about 100 works of art on the street. The first works can be seen around  Rua Francisco Isoldi, 162.

As mentioned visitors also have access to concerts, lectures and workshops. To help with transit and crowds, twelve vans will be available as shuttles. They'll have a tour guide and monitors to talk a little about each workshop.
