2011 is going to be the year of Italy in Brazil. Brazil has been the home of a large number of Italian immigrants for a long time, their culture has had a strong influence on the Brazilian way of living and the celebrations have already started. Claudio Baglioni, one of the most important Italian singers, will be visiting São Paulo in October.
He started his work in the Italian music scene when he was only thirteen years old. Besides singing he has presented projects as a writer and architect, and is the creator and producer of an art and music event called “O' Scia”, where artists from all over the world get together in a reunion where the main topic is the immigration and the cultural integration between people.
The singer and songwriter, who has reached records in album sales and sold out concerts, will also celebrate 40 years of his carrier during the concert in São Paulo. Check it out!
