Rock Day inside Sao Paulo

July 13th is a day for the good rock'n'roll. The World Day of Rock was created in 1985, during the festival Live Aid which raised money for hungry victims in Ethiopia. Organized by the musician Bob Geldof, the festival took place in England and the United States.

From July 13th-31st, the Centro Cultural São Paulo promotes the show "Rock Tarantino." The exhibition will display the major films that influenced the director Quentin Tarantino in the creation of the two volumes of Kill Bill . In the program, is scheduled the pre-premiere of "Grindhouse, Death Proof" .

Also regarding rock, there will be show during the day every saturday of July from 11 am at the Galeria do Rock, in the center of the city.
