Tecnocarne is the largest event for the meat industry in Latin America. Promoted biennially (creating the show interspersed with MercoAgro), the Tecnocarne has around 650 national and international exhibiting companies representing various sectors in the industrialization of meat, between machines, packaging, ingredients among other products and services.
