Traffic restriction
A car rotation system is in effect in São Paulo. Cars with license plates ending in the following numbers cannot circulate from 7h00 to 10h00 and from 17h00 to 20h00 on the following days of the week:
- 1 and 2 (monday),
- 3 and 4 (tuesday),
- 5 and 6 (wednesday),
- 7 and 8 (thursday), and
- 9 and 0 (friday).
